Services

  • Initial Consultation

At your initial consultation, we’ll talk about how things are for you now and what your future hopes and goals are. I might ask you to fill in some questionnaires. I might give you some resources or guidance straight away. If we agree more sessions would be helpful, we’ll agree roughly how many sessions and what those might involve. The initial consultation fee is £200, payable on booking.

  • Coaching

If we have agreed to do some coaching together, these will be hour-long sessions. Coaching is designed to help propel you forward in ideas and plans for life, identifying barriers that get in the way of progress and finding ways to move forward. Coaching sessions are £200 per hour.

  • Therapy

If we have agreed to do some therapy together, these will be hour-long weekly or fortnightly sessions. As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, I am trained to work with anxiety, depression, trauma and a range of mental health difficulties. Therapy sessions are £200 per hour.

  • Specialist Assessments

I offer cognitive assessments, which can help find out how your thinking skills (e.g. working memory, processing speed) might influence work, learning or daily life tasks. I also offer autism assessments for adults. I only offer these assessments to people who have attended an initial consultation session, so that we have had time to discuss if they will be helpful for you at this time and to complete screening questionnaires.

Assessments start at £250 per hour for assessment and report-writing. They may cost more if additional resources or colleagues are needed. At your initial consultation session, I can give you a quote and you can decide then if you want to book the assessment.

I do not offer autism or ADHD assessments for children or young people, or ADHD assessments for adults.

  • Consultancy & Training

I offer consultancy in designing and implementing wide-scale behaviour change interventions, at team-level and organisation-level. I was a Senior Teaching Fellow in the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change and worked with national and international organisations (e.g. NSPCC, Royal Marines, Movember, Health Services Board in Ireland), training teams and individual to use behaviour change design principles. Please fill in the enquiry form in the ‘Appointments’ section if interested.

  • Supervision

I offer supervision to clinical psychologists. Please fill in the enquiry form in the ‘Appointments’ section if interested.
