I am a dual-trained coach and clinical psychologist, ready to offer you a warm welcome, a safe space, an insightful mind and a fresh perspective.

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist (Health & Care Professions Council), a Chartered Psychologist and member of the Division of Coaching Psychology (British Psychological Society), and an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London (UCL).

I worked for 10 years in legal policy and leadership development in the City and Whitehall, supporting ministers and board members with national policy development and organisational change. I then trained as a clinical psychologist and have worked for 15 years in the NHS, with a particular specialism in autism and ADHD.
